Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We have a request form here. If your item was damaged during shipping please instead send an email to customercare@in-delicate.com within a week of receiving the item and include photos of the item and box.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! All of our packages are shipped insured with tracking numbers to give peace of mind, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your package is shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our pieces are handmade, therefore processing times can take a bit longer. Our current processing time is 4-6 weeks, not including shipping time. This may be extended for preorders, please see the individual listing for preorder turnaround time.
